Club Constitution

Jan Juc SLSC (Club) is an Incorporated Association pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Vic) (Act).

The Club is governed by an Executive Management Committee, General Committeee and a number of Sub-Committees.  The powers of these bodies are all derived from the Act and the Club's Constitution.

The Executive is currently reviewing the form and structure of the Constitution.  If you would like to make a submission to the Constitution Review Sub-Committee please send an email to David Ulbrick or you can make an online submission.
