RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS

There are membership options to suit everyone –  see the 2024-2025 Fee Schedule for a full list of membership categories and fees.

ALL members over the age of 18 MUST provide a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Membership is valid from 1 July to 30 June each year which includes clubhouse access and insurance coverage for both training and competition.  It is essential that membership is renewed by 1 July annually.

RENEWING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Family - includes 1 Adult and 1 dependent U25 as at 30 September.

Family+ - includes 2 Adults and unlimited dependents U25 as at 30 September.

  • Nippers must be 7 years of age on or before 30 September.
  • Nippers under the age of 13 must join with at least one parent/guardian under a Family/Family+ Membership category.
  1. Log in to the parent’s Members Area account.
  2. Navigate to Memberships > Family.
  3. Click the ‘Renew Memberships’ link.
  4. Tick the checkbox next to each family member you wish to renew - click submit.
  5. Select the desired Renewal Fee(s) from the options available for each family member.  If selecting a Family/Family+ membership fee option then select this for the primary member and an amount will be allocated.  All other family members select Other - included in Family Group - $0. Click next.
  6. Select any ‘Addon’ items that you wish to also purchase. Click next.
  7. A summary of your renewal and associated membership fees will be displayed. Complete your payment details. Tick the declarations and click next.
  8. Confirmation of your renewal application will be displayed OR if there are any issues with your application the JJSLSC membership team will contact you via email. 
  9. Approval of your membership is not valid until you receive email confirmation from JJSLSC.


    RENEWING INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

    • Individual membership is available for 13 years and over as of 30 September.
    1. Log in to your Members Area account.
    2. Navigate to Memberships > Renew, Pay, Transfer & Archive.
    3. Select Renew (red button).
    4. Confirm renewal season details are correct. Submit.
    5. Select the desired Renewal Fee from the options available.
    6. Select any ‘Addon’ items that you wish to also purchase. Click next.
    7. A summary of your renewal and associated membership fees will be displayed. Complete your payment details. Tick the declarations and click next.
    8. Confirmation of your renewal application will be displayed OR if there are any issues with your application the JJSLSC membership team will contact you via email. 
    9. Approval of your membership is not valid until you receive email confirmation from JJSLSC.

      Acceptance or rejection of any membership request is at the Board's discretion, refer to Jan Juc SLSC Constitution, Clause 8.4 (a).

      Members (age 18+) agree to adhere to the LSV Commitment Statement to Child Safety which can be viewed on the LSV webpage.
